Review for Windsor Gardens Apartments

These apartments are very run-downed. In one year I have had more maintenance issues than I can count. Of course they are fixed for free (after placing a few calls), but the hassle of chasing maintenance and having things break every few months isn't worth the agravation. Find a complex more up to date!
