Positive Apartment Reviews and Ratings

I've lived in Windsor Gardens for a year and just renewed my lease for another 12 months. Everyone that has been to my place loved it, except for the construction going on in the complex. But it will go away eventually and it is for improving the apartments. <P>
I don't know if it is because I was lucky to get a brand new kitchen and bathroom, but I have had minimum issues over the past year and when something breaks the maintainance people show up in less than an hour and get the job done. <P>
However, parking is an issue here. It is hard to find a spot close enough to your building if you come back home after 8pm but it is not impossible. My car was towed twice after they implemented the sticker rules. I did remember getting a notice but did not pay attention to it. <P>
If I have anything to complain about I have to say that there are a lot of Indian couples living here, and the building always smells like curry. No offense, my Indian friends. I just don't like the smell. <P>
A few more things: On campus commuter railroad station to Boston New fitness center (really nice but it costed me $375 for as long as I live here) New windows/patio doors installed the end of last year. <P>
