Apartment Review for Alexan Pembroke Woods

Dont even think about moving into this apartment complex. This place is the worst and seems to get worse every day. This place is way to expensive for what they give you. The gas and electric bill are through the roof, the place is built like crap not to mention the door going outside leaks and has a huge draft. Dont try to find a parking spot near your building due to everyone parking here and for some reason some of the cars dont move for months on end. If you are looking for safety this place is not good at all, i see the ambulance here almost every night because the same crack heads go to the hospital for there fix. i find it funny that They seem fine the next day and the day before but when its time to go to the hospital a cane some how appears and a huge limp. This place was ment for section 8 housing ONLY because its so ghetto and it SUCKS royally and seeing these drug-seeking, pill-popping, needle-using scum of the earth people pay so much less and dont even work (not to mention dont even pay for their own HEALTH INSURANCE... cough... MASS HEALTH!) and i can barley afford the bills. There is a huge drug problem in this complex, I always see the same guys here visiting for about 10 mins then leaving. Not to mention the drug overdose above my apartment that happened, which the fire department found a dead body in. The apartment staff here sucks and couldn't even tell me there was a dead body upstairs and they kept denying it when i knew it all along. The apartment people dont care but they sure act like it. This places sucks and dont move here - p.s. we are DEFINITELY not signing another lease here.
