Apartment Review for Woodview At Randolph

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! our bad experience started off with a call 6 days before move in saying they had no apartment available for us. eventually and reluctantly they put us in a two bedroom at the one bed price. we were told we'd only be there for a month. we were there for two. once we finally were able to move to our one bedroom, we discovered the aprtmant to be in terrible condition; uneven paint, stains on the carpet, carpet coming up in all the corners, sagging counters, leaky faucets, soft spots in the wall, sagging floors, chuncks of wall missing, electrical outlets and light switches painted over, a dishwasher that sloped backwards, and the bottom glass shelf in the fridge was MISSING!!!! if we'd been shown this apartment before we'd signed the lease we'd have found some place else to live. the apartments themselves are awful. outdated EVERYTHING. watch out for paper thin walls and loud neighbors. the door to our "secure" building is always broken and does not close all the wat leaving it open for anyone. the windows and sliding glass door are VERY drafty in the winter. the edges around the windows would be covered in moisture during the winter months. so don't be fooled by woodview! it is a terrible place to live! the management is rude and the rent is ridiculous. STAY AWAY!!!
