Apartment Reviews for Water's Edge - Revere

WE ARE INFESTED WITH WATER AND SEWER RATS. KIKI (the owner) knows all about it and has done nothing. She does not care about the residents. The whole office except Tammy does not care about anybody as well. We have had a rat problem since last year and still she refuses to do anything about it. It has gotten so bad that we are now INFESTED with giants rats! At night you can here them running around in the ceiling and in the walls. In the lobby you can smell the musk coming from them as well. People have had them in their apartments. KIKI you should hang your head in shame for how you treat your residents. She keeps the outside in tip top shape so she can lure you in. The pool and gym are filthy and are not manintained. We have found homeless people sleeping in the hallways because the doors are always breaking. Last month in the REVERE JOURNAL they reported that the FBI and the IRS went through Carrabeta's main office. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT MOVING INTO THIS PLACE!!!
