Apartment Reviews for Ridgecrest Village - West Roxbury

Moved in almost a year ago to a corner unit on the top floor. The management office sweetened the deal with a month and a half free as an incentive to move in. Given the other review here I felt I should write something. It's an apartment complex - people live here and it's only natural they will have different schedules then ours. If you don't make it into an obsession to look out the window all day, you'll be fine. each entrance serves 6 apartments in 3 floors (in the terrace area. I don't know how it looks in the other parts of the complex). Gym and outdoor pool (when in season) after a one time fee when you move in (I think it was $100). Office people are nice and helpful. Maintenance is timely and friendly. The only complaint I have is the condition of the kitchen cabinets (old and ugly), but I knew it when I moved in. overall it was a good year and I can see myself staying here for a few more years before upgrading to a single family house.
