Review for Sunflower Apartments

I needed a place to live and thought Sunflower would be an alright place to get by, the location was so so, but I figured with a smaller community that it would be ok. Was I wrong. I detested living there the 12 months I was there.When I moved in my carpets were stained and they said they would not replace the carpets!! They were disgusting!! Office help unfriendly, they never returned phone calls. I had to track down maintence on ground to help me. The winter time is the worse!! They do not plow until super late, so many people are stuck in their parking lot. I had a license plate stolen off my car from my crack head neighbor I was told he would be evicted and he is still living there! Neighbors are loud, no one has jobs there they all just sit around outside, crack head ghetto! Do not live here. It was terrible. And I met one normal individual there and he couldn't wait to get out either. I do not know how families let their children live there. My building had 5 empty units, they rent one and a month later people are gone. Shady business, unhelpful staff.
