There is only one problem when moving into an apt...that is what can the mangmnt do for me. It is a 'custumer is always right' life isn't it? Well, that's not what you're paying for. Well, as for Pheasant Run, it took 23 months to fix my intercom. It took two letters to the owners of PR before they finally fixed the intercom. This may seem petty, but this is added to the A/C that took two summers to finally fix. Just be careful, the ppl have smiles and say that things are 'being ordered', just realize that you get what you pay for, and nothing more. If you get a good deal, don't take it and just pay the extra $60 for a better place in Ann Arbor.
