I am currently living at this apartment and will be here until summer I am in Ann Arbor until December and really contemplating a move even if it is just for six months. The Maintinence crew does not know what they are doing here. We had a leak in our bathroom and called them on it. They said it was water condensation from the shower and left. Well amazing it continued to drip and not a couple drips, but a cup or two a day. So after 3 weeks of my wife callint they came and looked at again. Well Amazingly they found out our roof was leaking. So it then took them another 6 weeks to repair the leak. Currently our security door will not de-energize so if anyone wants to walk into the building they can. There office people are telling me to call the emergency line. What purpose due they serve if they can't do anything? Well I guess I will make due and make sure to protect myself at all times. My one piece of advise is stay away. This apartment complex and its managment company are nothing but headaches.
