I have discovered that this complex isn't really so bad. It pretty much depends on who you have for neighbors. When I first moved here my bldg had lots of loud, obnoxious renters. They have all moved out (yippee!) and now my bldg is quiet and I like it here. I don't understand the negative comments about the grounds. People throw their garbage bags right next to the dumpster instead of in it (no idea why) and the next day it's always picked up. I know it's not tennants doing it! I love the spaciousness of my apt (I have a 2-bedroom that backs up to the woods) and hopefully I will continue to luck out as far as neighbors are concerned.
