I have lived here for two years now and i'm about to move. I'm moving because my job is relocating me to Grand Rapids. I was looking online for new apartments and i saw how horrible the ratings are for pheasunt run. Right now I love my apartment maintance gets done with in two days so i really can't complain. My neighbors make some noise but its an apartment not a home so its acceptable. Theirs really not much to say but they do have nice resident referal programs.
