there are so many power cuts since sep 07. in the beginning they used to cut the power every wednesday then they started to do it randomly. u r sleeping and u will feel cold because they cut the power in the midnight at 3 a.m in the morning and they wouldn't let it till 11 a.m-12.am they cut the power before thankgiving day, before christmas for around 8-9 hrs. and on new years day v celebrated our new year with power cut at 3 am v got up late still no current. when there are power cuts for around 10-12 hrs v buy coffee and breakfast from outside and wait for power to return as u know v can't cook because of electric stove afternoon also no power so v have to buy lunch outside. atlast the power will be back in late evening. freezer will defrost due to long power cuts and the veggies will become slimy. the chicken in the freezer v have to throw them out bcas there will b atleast 2 power cuts a week. they r so heartless they cut the power when the temperature is -10 degree. every time u call the dte they do not pickup the phone and ther will b message saying ur power will return in 12 hrs. the gud reason they give is a tree fell. will a tree fall 2 to 3 times a week.one must be a fool to believe that. pheasant run apartment hats off to ur service and management. waiting to run away from the apartment as soon as the lease period is over.
