I'm writing this review because I think that negative reviewers tend to be the only people to take the time to post. I am renting an apartment here and I am more than satisfied. The staff is extremely nice and does remember my name. The maintenance people are very polite and thorough. My neighbor has a baby and I have never once heard it cry--that's how good the insulation is. I would say that these apartments are extra quiet. These apartments are very spacious, with tons of storage space. It's wonderful to have a full-size washer and dryer. The pool area is lovely. I haven't tried to use the hot tub, so I can't speak to that problem. Most importantly, I feel very safe here, with the locked outside entry doors. I really don't have any complaints. After living here a while, I can say that it is nicer than I expected.
