The positive reviews were written by a manager or someone trying to load this place up. I like the quiet and the place is nice, but for the amount of money that is leaked out of here per month because of shoddy insulation, you may as well buy a freaking house! My bill was 300, I bought the stuff to fix the windows, turned the thermostat to 65, and wore heaps of clothes....next bill was 375. The management said "all the bills are that high."
