I have to agree with all the negative feedbacks I have read. Unfortunately I think that someone in management wrote the good things, because there are NONE. I have met and talked with SEVERAL people who live here and not one is happy. Except some elderly man. Everyone complianed that the hot tub NEVER was working properly, if at all!! Which is so true. People who dont even live in the complex bring their children to the clubhouse and crowd the pool, so you cannot swim laps. The health equipment is just plain ole 70's crap! YOU CAN hear your neighbors do everything... I hear my neighbor go the bathroom all the time, and it disgusts me!!! I hear my other neighbor talking on her phone.. I think I know her lifes story now. Our carpet was cleaned upon move in.. but after a few weeks, all the nasty spots came back, and they wont replace it!! The green entrance doors are so rusted and scratched, it looks like the ghetto!! Far from living in luxury!! There IS never enough parking, and people have been known to get keyed if they take a parking spot!!! THE INSOLATION IS A JOKE.. THE WINDOWS BLOW SO MUCH AIR THAT YOU CAN SEE YOUR BLIND MOVE!! PLUS MAKE A HOWLING NOISE. JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.. I TOOK IT UPON MYSELF TO FIX IT MYSELF!! The lower levels have these tiny underground windows that are lined with this wooden landscape..OH wait.. its not landscape.. its a bunch of nasty dirt and rocks. It looks horrible! I could go on and on.... a bunch of us talked about getting a petition going because of the poor living conditions! The management needs to get on the ball. they come across as being so polite and helpful, when really they are just trying to make a sale. Sad, but true! My heart goes out to all who made the mistake of signing a lease, as I did. I will definately be out of here the day my lease expires!!!!
