Review for Village Green Of Ann Arbor Apartments

moved in because of convenience of highway/u of m hospitals and have regretted it ever since. two of the office staff are friendly, others are downright rude. lots of hidden fees when you sign lease. repeated attempts to increase rent. apartments are pretty from outside with nice tennis court and walking paths, insides are filthy and poorly designed. carpet was not ever cleaned from previous tenants, food still splattered on wall upon move in. a/c broken, took 10 days to fix. moved in with broken window, took 3 months to fix. roof leaking, office notified 3x, still leaks after 2 months, they have done nothing. no storage in apts (i.e. only 1 cupboard drawer in entire kitchen, and we have the largerst available apartment and kitchen). of the 4 families in our immediate unit, 3 had similar problems with unclean apts, frequent flooded floors and mold with rain. you've been warned: there are much better, cleaner, cheaper apts down the road.
