Review for Greenbrier Apartments

I have lived in Green Brier Apartments for 3 years now. The complex is located right off of US-23 and vehicles are stolen at least once every six months. My vehicle was stolen the I was told by police that it was most likely a group of professionals that have a chop shop somewhere in Detroit. Management did not inform the other residents of the vehicle theft. There are many break-ins and a woman was robbed at gun point in her building:

Anyways, the complex is very quiet, however the rent is increased by $30 a year (every year). If you ever want to rent out the clubhouse for a day, it's $300 with a $500 deposit, however no one is allowed to cook in the kitchen, no smoking or drinking, no more than 50 people, and you have to be out by midnight! Also, the sheltered parking is $30 a month. The office staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful, even though the complex is in a bad neighborhood. If you plan on renting in Ann Arbor, I recommend going somewhere downtown (such as Hidden Valley Apartments) where it is much safer.
