So close to campus (especially the U of M Stadium) yet peaceful and quiet. Does not include many amenities of other newer, gated apartment complexes (i.e. no AC, garbage disposal, microwave, whirlpool bathtub, garage or carport, en suite washer/dryer, security doors/gates/buzzers) but provides casual comfort in attractive 1940s ivy-covered buildings with real plaster walls, coved ceilings and arched doorways. Units have ceiling fans, plenty of closets, new windows, en suite furnaces and hot water heaters. Very good outdoor maintenance and indoor upkeep. Pleasant and --can I stress enough given its proximity to the stadium?--peaceful. <P>

A quiet commmunity with slightly achievable rates tenders your heart for responding maitenence, fair property conditions, considerable lumenous lighting, and modern convienences. Parking can be a bit sketchy late at-night, but the location serves those plighted to surpass academic strife (good for study-bugs).
