Apartment Review for Pheasant Run Apartments

I moved into pheasant run apartments a little over a month ago, and I am already wanting out. As soon as we opened the door on the first day a smell of urine washed over us, we were told that it was just the smell of the carpet that they use. The sliding doors needed to be replaced, which after several complaints have finally been fixed a month later. We also have ants ( we were promised an exterminator a week and a half ago and still no show!) When we moved in at the beginning of July, the office said the pool was under repair and would open again in a week and a half. It is now August 10th and the pool is just getting filled with water. The office told us that we should not complain because there is an indoor pool after all. I Today, I recieved a visit from the supervising manager, who loudly grumbled personal insults about me in the hallway after I closed the door. I have had enough, and I really hope that those reading this will believe me when I say stay away. <P>
