Apartment Review for Pheasant Run Apartments

I love my apartment. My neighbors and I get along wonderfully. However their have been power outages. I live in the back and I see the Ash trees breaking apart and falling on the lines. I read a review that said that it was unconcievable that that could happen. Well miss uneducated Ash trees a few years got cut down because most of them got sick with some tree disease. Now after a few years the roots are finally dieing and so their more likely to BREAK! However U of M's cheap ***! wont cut them down. Their on U of M's property not Pheasant Run..... LEARN YOUR PROPERTY! So if U of M or DTE would cut them down it wouldn't happen. So today I saw with my own two eyes a tree cutting service - that DTE paid for Thank Goodness!!! So hopefully this never happens again. But a little birdy told me that legal action from the apartment complex is being down because of the tree issue. So go Pheasant Run! Kick some dead Ash tree butt. Other then some dead trees it really is nice to live here. The indoor pool is my favorite - no one is ever in their. Well That All Folks!
-Maintance is always done that day or with in 72 hours
-The only noise I hear is are birds and the occasional car pass by when I'm outside
-Heck yeah move here and refer to me so I can get my $400 dollars off my rent!
-Unit Condition anything that I don't like I have the maintance guys do it for me. (i put in a new thermostate so that its automatic)
-Parkings great I can rent a carport but my friends when they come over always get good spots -theirs no walking 2 blocks for us -unlike my old complex
Its just a nice place to live and if you don't like it good then I can keep your parking space and turn my radio up just a little but louder! : )
