Village Park Of Ann Arbor is located just off of Earhart Road, beside Folkstone Park. Downtown is approximately 6 miles away, with numerous bus stops available for renters to commute. The complex is a great place for students and faculty attending UM to find housing close to campus. Windemere Park is within walking distance of the premises, perfect for recreational activities like tennis. Some reviews cite concerns with noise levels and the rate at which rent prices jump after a year. However, other reviews say that they have seen improvements being made to the apartments.
