Has to be one of the worst apartment complexes in Ann Arbor (maybe Michigan). Currently trying to sell their apartments as condos, therefore, renters are on “short notice” if they sell your unit. I moved in a year ago and there are still problems with a number of features that haven't been repaired/replaced that were identified on move in. Cabinets in kitchen and both bathrooms have extensive dryrot. Refrigerator has broken shelf that has not been replaced/repaired. Missing light fixtures haven't been replaced. Shower is so small you can’t pick up the soap if you drop it. Appliances are old and very cheap (e.g. analog microwave, no clock/timer on stove, no light in refrig.). In-unit dryer takes 5-6 cycles to dry a normal load of clothes. Utility bills are outrageous (>$120/mon) for a single person using gas/electricity only 35% of the time. Furnace was turned off in January but still cost nearly $100/month for gas/electricity during the winter. (Either the apartment is significantly energy inefficient or DTE is ripping off the consumer). For this they want about $1,000/month...shop around!!

Hi,my husband and I have a fridge with a broken shelf as well. I wonder if it's the one you used to have. Which building were you in?
