First of all, we are very resposible people never had any problem with previous or after landlords beside these people!!! They expect you to come out your pocket for normal wear and tear, and minor issues in your apartment, when they were supposed to be their own responsibilities. What Apartment complex you know has a $150 for "Administration Non-Refundable Fee"? They do!!! Oh WOW, are you freaking kidding me? They will take you to Court for bull****, they tried to say they replacing the whole carpet with no damage, no stain on it, but guess what they have no receipt for the carpet replacement! REALLY? Get the F*** outtta here! But, we won them in Court! AND if we have to appeal our case to the Supreme Court, we **** sure will too!! Sheeeeeeyyyyyyttttt! HAVE A NICE DAY, you Thirsty A** people! We sure had a nice day after beating you in Court, what bout you?
I guess it was a lesson to learn for us!! I just don't want people to make the same mistake as we did. If you want to save yourself from the headache and save the money in your pocket, I suggest you STAY as FAR as possible from this place! For the Willamsburg management - try to do good bussiness, OK, that is the ONLY way you will get tenants, not by tricking for money from dirty tricks of yours, or giving fake A** reviews on the internet ( by your friends and relatives) and erase the real negative reviews from the real tenants that USED to live here. If you see all the positive reviews they have on other website, those are fake!! And do not delete my review neither, cause I know YOU did!
