You get what you pay for...
The parking lot sucked b/c it was dirt and there were always a ton of pot holes to drive through. It took Chapman Housing a long time to come to our .... Chapman Housing

No Privacy
NO PRIVACY. Mr. Chapman personally shows my apartment to prospective renters at his own discretion. I have not been notified of these "showings.&.... Chapman Housing
