Well, friends I strongly advise you to steer clear of this dump. The guy who owns the joint is a slimeball and will nickle and dime you for things that break regardless if it is your fault. If any sort of maintenance is required in your place, somehow, someway he will find a way to charge you for it. And it you get one with hardwood floors, don't walk on them because if you scuff them up you'll get charged for that too. Not to mention the crabby old lady downstairs who will complain about you if you make any sort of movement or noise after 10:00, she says she doesn't mind on the weekends, but she'll complain anyway. Sorry I'm a bartender, we work nights and weekends, and sometimes I like to eat and watch tv when I get home from work. The kitchen was disgusting when I moved in, after the duration of a year, there was something brown dripping from the exhaust fan over the stove. Pretty sure that wasn't all from me. Garbage disposal didn't work, had to pay a fee for that too. Oh yeah, don't hang anything on the walls, cause you'll get charged for that too. If you like to live on a main road, and trapped inside your place, with a door buzzer that didn't work. This is the place for you, hope you got a lot of extra cash lying around too, because his "cheapest rent in town" will end up costing you a lot more in the long run. <P>
