Review for Carriage Cove Apartments

She became irrate with my fiance when he told her that he was going to be moving out. She then told him that even if he had chosen to stay she was going to up the rent $50 bucks a month because she was done being nice. She was CUSSING at him using 4 letter words and everything. The maintenance man who works for her came to the apartment and said she was crazy, and that he was going to quit because of what a scammer she is! If you have any options... be it another apartment, living with a friend, or even a cardboard box. I would chose those over living here. If you chose to move in, I hope you like earwigs, beetles, spiders, and silverfish! ROSE YOU ARE A DISGRACE!
