I moved in in September, and I have loved living here since. I feel very safe, its quiet here, and the land lady is super considerate, helpful and nice. the apartments are the cleanest I have ever seen, and everything is in great condition. I have had 2 maintenance issues and they were here within 20 mins and had both issues fixed right away. (leaky toilet and furnace issue) I have never heard a single noise from any of my neighbors apts. But my neighbors have all been very friendly and even help eachother take out the trash, carry in groceries, and socialize with eachother. Its a nice little community :) And my 2 bdrm. is over 1,100 sq ft for under $700...a bonus :)

The logo states luxury, I don't know about that. The 1 bedroom apartment is extremely reasonable. The buildings are very quiet! The grounds are so-so.
