Review for Legacy Parke Apartments

Dont live here people. Everything in this place is CHINCY! If you dont mind paying a lot for a not so great place, come on in! STILL waiting for previous problems to get fixed! Have been waiting since DECEMBER for a new screen door that was already broke, new window screen, and several other things that should have been attended to!!! Carpet was and is stained so badly that it should have been ripped out and replaced. All wall fixtures/appliances are CHEAP and break if you look at them funny. This includes fridge, washer and dryer which were also missing knobs upon us moving in. Office staff are fairly friendly, that is about it. Dont move in here if you dont like spiders, either. Location next to woods and construction... there is not a moment of peace around here. We cant hear the neighbors next door, but can follow every move up upstairs neighbor, including washing hands and flushing toilet etc etc. RENTERS BEWARE!!!! Not worth the payments!! I am angry that i even signed a lease here.
