Apartment Reviews for Willows Apartments
The most honest review you will find.. If i could this place would get 0 stars.

I want to say sorry about how long it is.. ON WE GO!!.. First time applying for The Willows, my wife and I sat in the office with Bev who after running our credit gave out a hearty "HAHA!!" and put her hand over her mouth.. The reason: my credit was not to great and told us she was suprised the Parent Company would even consider renting to us.. (Ty for being SO kind Ms. SlumLord).. It just gets better from there. The Willows is the MOST kid UNFRIENDLY place I have ever seen. Ive been there 9 months and since moved out, seen maybe 5 kids total and 2 being mine.. The neighbors are nosey, unfriendly, and rude. Thier policy of sex offenders is laughable. (Hi Tim from #190, im not sure The Willows knows about your CSC 2nd deg. but im sure they do now.. =) .. ) Maintence was ok for me. Ive heard storys from others where a monkey can do better. Seriously.. Privacy is not an option, walls are paper thin. Cough and neighbors banging on wall, **** same outcome.. We also have had the cops called on us multiple times because of our child. (explained below) If your someone who enjoys music my word of advice, play it when their gone.. If your a real people person and willing to strike up a convo with someone whos following you to the mailbox, just say "no". I was approched by a male asking if I smoked and or needed any pot. Really happened.. not once but 2 times. Its a breeding ground for druggies. You cant walk around the complex without dodging dealers and busted up potholes. Also, dont really expect to be in an apartment for to long. Before we were "forced out" of our place, we apparently had complaints against us for noise. We have a child with autism who has bouts of anger and loud outbursts. How do you have 3 differnt neighbors make a claim that were loud.. She gave us the option of moving into a 2 bdrm tucked away in the back of the complex for 670$. (Was paying 495$). No offer of relocating us to another apt, just a silent "heres your option, 670$ or move out." Lucky for my wife and I being newlyweds, my father and grandparents offerd to put the money towards a trailer instead of getting us a vehicle. Well I hope this helps a little.. My fingers hurt typing.. my "E" button decides when it wants to work, so im tired of slamming my finger on it.. Enjoy all and have a good night.
