Apartment Review for Willows Apartments

Lets start by saying i lived there over 2.5 years and never once late on my rent. Expect to get letters every so often saying you didn't pay your rent, after they already cashed the check. Then i start to get threatening letters claiming I owe them $10, for what, they would never tell me. There is no insulation in them, expect $200 heating bills in the winter. The parking lot is one gigantic pothole. Most of the people that live in there do not understand the concept of a garbage can, there is trash everywhere. The stove my apt. came with was so ancient, it shorted out & caused a fire one night. Since they do no background or credit check, there are illegal immigrants, one of whom raped an 83 year old resident. ( He was caught the next week, but how safe does this make you feel?)Only positive is I do like the layout & the fact I have my own laundry room.Do yourself a favor and find another place.
