Apartment Review for Alpine Slopes Apartments

I would like to start with the residents, the neighbor that lived above me complained all the time about my dog barking, I personally never heard my dog bark on a usual basis, The leasing office manager wanted to charge me for disruption because of what a neighbor said...so I decided to test him, I asked my mom to watch my dog for a few months, and for a couple of those weeks I was out of town, while i was out of town, the manager called me to tell me my dog wouldn't stop barking, and she wasn't all that nice about it. So I told her I was out of town and she accused me of lying. Great customer service huh? Second, I had younger neighbors living to the side of me, they constantly threw parties, I came out one night to find them messing with my brand new car. Drawing on it with permanant markers! I didn't even know them! Maintenance was the worse! I came home one night to find 2 mice running out of the utility closet, when I went to tell them about it, They told me it was my responsibility to get them out myself. Come to find out, they made holes they went from inside the apartment to the outside (i watched them come in and out!) holes from that closet to my bedroom, and from my apartment to my neighbors apartment! My garbage disposal backed up, flooded the sink and the sink over flowed all over the floor! I called them on a friday and the girl told me it wasn't an emergency so I had to wait til monday for mait. I don't understand why dirty food water all over the kitchen, and the floor, staining the carpet isn't an emergency! And they never came monday, I called she told me they would come on Tuesday, they never came, not wednesday, thursday or friday...SO I HAD TO CALL SOMEONE TO COME DO IT FOR ME! AND PAY FOR IT. After I got all the paperwork, I brought it to the office, and told them they need to reimburse me for it, and she had the nerve to tell me that I was too impatient, and that's my loss. I have lived in 4 different apartment complexes, and currently living in florida, I have never lived somewhere so dirty, and with a leasing staff so rude! I would not recommend anybody to live in that place!
