Apartment Reviews for Alpine Slopes Apartments - Comstock Park

Firstly, I don't see what everyone is being so fussy about. Matinence isn't bad. Everytime I have asked them here, they have come out and fixed the problem as soon as they could. Once, our dishwasher was just horrible, it sucked. Instead of ghetto-rigging it or something to that effect, I came home from work to find a brand new installed. I was very excited about that! I had mice, they came and put poison down, no more mice. They are courteous, that I know of. Not saying I won't ever have a bad experience with them, I just haven't so far. <P>
My boyfriend and I have almost been here for a year. We're about to sign another lease with them for another year. We're thinking about moving into a loft apartment, though. Just for more room. The apartments could possibly use a re-model sometime in the future, but, overall, we are satisfied. The office staff have been decent and kind the entire time I've been here. They keep the parking lots plowed, and the sidewalks salted as best they can. I don't know why everyone's freaking out about the ice and snow coverage. We live in MICHIGAN. They do the best they can. If people think they can always keep the lot and sidwalk plowed and salted 24/7, they're dumb. Are the roads always salted and plowed? No. <P>
Overall, as of today, I would recommend this apartment complex. <P>
