Apartment Reviews for Churchill Place Apartments - Comstock Park

I've lived in Churchill Place Apts. for three years. I have been 100% satisfied throughout my stay. <P>
The management is very helpful and professional-any concerns are always addressed with respect and in a timely manner. I always have the feeling of security because the complex is relatively small compared to some others and the owners/managers are on the grounds daily to give the place a personal touch. I believe this is why the grounds are kept so immaculate and the atmosphere is quiet. One does not need to worry about loud parties or "rifraf" in this complex. (Don't worry-you don't need to be a mouse to live here, but tenants are courteous to each other and keep noise and social gatherings to respectful level.) <P>
The maintenance staff is superb-by placing a maintenance card in the designated area in the am, the problem will be fixed the same day! They even go the extra mile to help with things such as hanging a heavy picture on the wall. <P>
I would recommend this complex to anyone-college age to retired age. As a young professional, I can say without hesitation this is the best complex in the northwest part of GR. <P>
