Apartment Reviews for Dearborn West - Dearborn Hts

The Maintenace staff is nice here and the management staff is getting better. The 3yrs my family and I stayed here was good the only thing bad i can say about Dearborn West is that when they went up on rent they didnt just go 4% like normal properties do they went up 50 dollars on everyone rent. And there explanation for doing so is that they havent went up on rent in 5 yrs, but you think being a little more economical then others will help your business grow, but hey, what do I know i just been in this buisness for 7yrs for nothing. But besides that issue i would reccomend Dearborn West to my friends and family, (and also because there offering 400 dollars of your rent if you refer someone to the property.) <P>
