Review for Oakman-Belleterre Place Apartments

Stay as far away as you can...They have tricks up their sleeves...Appliances are used and don't work properly..I only have 2 eyes on my stove that works and I have been waiting for over a month on another stove..Of which they promised but never delivered.. The heat is turned on October 1st..Other than that you don't have heat..The grass and landscaping is in poor condition..Hedges never been cut nor the grass..You are not allowed to use the water for purposes other than cooking or taking a shower..Not allowed to water the grass or flowers ..They make a lot of promises or should I say tell a lot of lies...The carpet here was full of stains and very worned.... I took pictures for future use... Stay away for it is not what they tell you..The truth they no nothing about..
