Maintenance nonexistent ROACHES - 1 inch long or more Trash all over parking lot Peeling paint everywhere Elevators filthy! Hallways dirty Loud vulgar music at night from parking lot Non-residents utilize waterfront area vs. residents Non-running cars taking spaces in parking lot for months Mailboxes broken - locks falling off
