This property has come a long, long way. I have lived here for fifteen years and I am not moving. I really love it here. The previous owners lost the property and really could not keep it up. I must say they have a way to go, but this place did not get this way overnight. I have seen management come and go as in any apartment community from what I hear. Nothing is going to be "perfect" anywhere you live. Beit a house or apartment. As far as "roaches" these are water bugs that come up from the sewer, being here fifteen years I have done a through investigation.
