Place Had Gone Down The Drain

Rented: From 1999 To 2006

I too was here when Saperstein Ass. were the owners. The worst you had to worry about back then was some time slow maintence.

Now, with the new owners, like the other users have said, they let anyone in now... We have people hanging out in the hallways, garbage all around, neighbors have no respect for the neighbors.. playing music at all hours of the night..

Oh and so many familes have moved in... I don't have anything against children, but when parents let their kids run up and down the hallways, riding the elevators up and down, leaving candy wraps all over..

I know they're just trying to get all the $ they can before they go condo.. But they really should think about their property when renting. I'm currently looking for another place... I can't take it any more...
