Alden Park Towers has very nice apartments on the inside. The hallways are a little scary and filthy. The garage is scary and very dirty. The office staff is very, very, nice and yes, they do address you by name. The property manager does care, from what my experiences his door has always been open. There is no maintenance staff to get the job done in a timely manner for me. I think they just need more help. You cant control how someones behaivor is. There will always be drugs, crime, crap where ever there are humans. I must say I am quite disappointed with the parking situation. We have been assigned parking spaces and someone is always parking in my parking space.
