Hudson Lofts are still under construction, but they are leasing the 2nd and 3rd floors. Unfortunately, I am one of the tenants who moved in the building in mid-August....What a BAD DECISION!!!!! Iknew nothing of this management companies bad reputation, and moved into the lofts as the building itself has 'good bones' and alot of potentional....but I've experienced nothing but Horrible property management and will be tendering my 30 day notice shortly. The leasing agent, Gary Mexicotte, is only interested in getting you in with "Pie in the sky promises", but does not deliver on any of them, not one. The units that are currently occupied are only partially finished and getting any of the work done is like pulling teeth! The general maintenance and safety of the building is very bad, and there is a large racoon living in the building too, and no one on the building staff is doing anything about it. DO NOT MOVE TO THE HUDSON LOFT NO MATTER WHAT SORT OF DEAL YOU GET!!!!

I totally agree. I feel like I wasted money moving here,repairs that were promised to be fixed are not fixed, I pay $800.00 a month in rent and it's freezing in here, why? I can hear my neighbor clearly as if he were in the same room with me, why? My ceiling is leaking and theres a bubble that has formed in the newly painted wall. I am scared of this place and putting in my 30 day notice tomorrow, who want my loft? Oh! And theres a church in the building that will be sure to wake you up every Sunday with loud singing and instruments, there’s also a **** studio here. This place is a circus.
