Unfortunately like many other comunities in the USA, Elmwood suffers from pest control issues. However, management is actively addressing these issues and offer rapid treatment upin request. This is the ONLY community where I know of that management offers FREE bed bug covers to all their residents. I've been in this building for years and until recently we did not have pests as an issue. This buiding is a nice building and I have enjoyed being here. The rent is reasonable and the new staff is very customer service friendly.
