I have been at Fountain Court Coop for seven years now and I love being there, It's a safe community for my child to play outside, they keep up the property grounds very very well. Everyone recieved new furnances to accommadate the new central air installed in every unit and block windows in every unit. They also have a new Board of Directors follows the By-Laws and who are removing everyone who has not been paying their carrying charges or causing any trouble or an unpeacable environment,while threatening those who do not keep their units clean who have 30 days to comply with the upkeep of their units after an inspection or they will be evicted. The grass is always groomed and they give away flowers every summer to members to encourage beautiful grounds. Most of all I do not pay a gas bill and my carrying charges are lower then most places! It gets no better than that and I'm five minutes from SLOWS BBQ walking!
