Apartment Review for Grand Lofts

I lived in the Grand Lofts for 6 mths. This place is the worst. The parking is a joke with a gate that is always broken. There Suppose to be parking lot security which i've seen maybe 5 times while i was there. The walls are so THIN ITS UNBELIEVABLE. Its sounds as your neighbor upstairs & down are living in your apartment. Cant see how any inspections were passed at this place. Tenants move in & out daily. The rent is month to month because they would be going to court daily. Boydell development is out for money & thats all. No Central air (wow), No dishwasher lots of tenants with 3 washers (1 been broken since i've been there) & 2 dryers (each are $1)This is just another hood apartment building. You would have to be an IDIOT to live at this place.
