Our Review for Grand Lofts
Grand Lofts stand just 3 miles from downtown, where residents can take Michigan avenue straight into town. The abundance of bus stops in the area make commuting around the city a cinch. Mike's Famous Ham Place is a great place to eat that's just steps away from the building. Caffeine lovers can get a cup of Joe at Cafe Con Leche in Mexicantown right down the street. Reviews cite that noise levels are hard to isolate and parking can be limited, but improvements are being made and residents like the option of leasing month to month.

Either you will really love or really hate this place.... The tenants are really nice and are willing to help each other out... There's a wide array of people here ranging from students to nurses to strippers and drug dealers... lol It's a LARGE building and the do take anyone who has money to move in but it's month to month lease thats kinda whats keeps me here.... IT MAKES A GREAT TEMPORARY PLACE!
