ive lived in this building for three years now and decided its time to share my thoughts and the best kept secret in the downtown detroit area. price,view,responsive management we have it all. every time i need something they repond quickly and keep me posted on the timeline until the work is accomplished. they have a Great program for residents who make a referral for family or friends who move into the buiolding big discounts on your rent. but most important is my balcony and the views of the city and all the beauty the detroit river has to offer twlve months a year every year and its free

The Jeffersonian is great. I am so impressed with the staff, all of them. The views from my apartment are simply wonderful. The building as well as the grounds are kept so clean. The few times I have required any service, it was taken care of right away. <P>

I have lived at here just over a year and I am very happy that I moved here. The staff is very helpful, the view from my apartment is wonderful. I love being minutes away from downtown. <P>

I love the view of Downtown and the water. It's what sold me on the apartment. My floor is quiet and my neighbors are friendly. I've been a resident for almost 3 years now and I really enjoy living there.

I have lived at the Jeffersonial for almost 4 years and the only complaint I have is that the elevators break down frequently. I have not had any problem with getting things fixed. I feel very secure and safe in my apartnment. We have had some break ins of cars but they are trying to rectify the situation. My apartment is quiet and spacious.

This apartment complex has great potential. You can tell at one time it was one of the upscale apartment complexes in Detroit.
From what I've seen being a tenant there for a year is that management only cares about money. They will raise your rent but won't replace the light bulbs in the lobby. The elevators keep breaking down and they refuse to replace them.
