Apartment Review for Lafayette Towers

Lafayette Towers is one of the worst places to live in Detroit. Recently my apartment flooded it took them a week to resolve situation. I deduct a week rent and they sent out eviction documents. Because of health issue I was unable to live in the Apartment because the carpet was soak. They extract 75 gallons of water out of the carpet and still several days later carpet was still wet and you could smell the odor from the carpet. The pipe burst from the bathroom toilet. It took maintenance a hour to get to the location since it was on the weekend. Lafayette Towers have several unoccupied apartments for emergency situation they did not offer me another apartment. Now I have to take off work contact a lawyer to see if they can resolve this matter.
