Apartment Review for Rue Versailles

These buildings are very old which normally would not make a difference if there is adequate rennovations and improvements. because the entrances and stairwells have not been remodeled i.e. new carpeting, doors varnished, fresh paint, it looks very unattractive. The landscaping is terrible and the bushes and shrubs are never trimmed or "edged" "lined" so it looks like cheap work. What good is cutting the grass only to notice the dandelions and weeds? How ugly. I think you would agree that a nice landscape can make an older community look so beautiful. It is all in the appearance... in this case, either the owners dont know or dont care... You dont beleive me? See for yourself.. that is if you can make it around the horrible potholes, rocks, and deep holes in the roads..... need I say more? <P>
