Everything breaks, the office staff is horrible, and they slip notes under your door saying you owe money from several months back, even though you always pay everything on time. Dogs shit is in the halls and everything gets vandalized. The washer/dryer unit sucks and will ruin and/or wrinkle your cloths to a ridiculous extent. If you live here, you will regret it.
