Parking is free in the gated area. Need remote to access.

For additional $30 a month there is an indoor parking garage (if space is available).

Hard to maneuver car into to parking spots in the gated area. Sometimes you might mistakenly bump someone's car while trying to pull ouf ot a parking spot (it's tight).

Although tenants are given parking stickers, there are cars on the lot that do not have any. Only one car per apartment is allowed. Guests are not suppose to park in the gated areas, but they do despite the warning signs of being towed and ticketed.

Sometimes, I park on the street because they aren't any spots available.
