Trolley plaza's close proximity to the central bisiness district, Grand circus park, Fox theater, comerica park, and Park Ave,(home to 4 of downtowns hottest drinking wells,) makes it a great choice for living. Trolley has had its ups and downs, but in 2007, the building seems to be getting spruced up and polished. the tenants, and jus the whole energy had really stepped up to a better living situation, I have breathtaking views of the city and river, and my friends love hanging out on the balcony all year long.
